In the front part, we created large areas with spacious floor height where administrative and personnel units are located. We designed the roof as a steel vault and planned additional units such as a 250 m2 meeting room for business meetings, trainings, seminars and organizations and a staff cafeteria with additional volumes. Keeping security at the highest level, we designed 3 separate fire escapes and halls for emergencies. We added 2 freight elevators with a carrying capacity of 5 tons to relieve vertical circulation. Thus, we have created the necessary working areas by meeting all needs. In addition, we also planned reserve areas to meet the needs of new technologies in the long term.
